It used to be fun but because of them controlling how much we win, we’ve decided not to go to Kicapoo Casino. This experience has been happening for the last several visits. We try different machines and different ways of betting, but we don’t win. Go hunting at one of the many nearby ranches, try your luck at Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino, or visit the Fort Duncan Museum to learn about local history. At the beginning, when we get there, we start winning, but shortly after, we can’t seem to win. Our hotel’s location near the U.S.-Mexico border offers shopping, dining, and entertainment opportunities on both sides of the Rio Grande.
My good instinct and suspicion is that we’re being monitored very closely and are followed throughout the casino, because they know we are winners from previous visits. I can see luck sometimes changing for one of us, but not for both at the same time, and remaining bad. Not only do we spend a lot of money at the Casino, we also spend a lot on the trip itself. Neither my wife or I have come with a win. But now, things have changed, not only this last visit, but the last several visits. Sometimes we lost and sometimes we won, which is understandable. We have been going to this Casino for a long time.
